TANNERSVILLE, PA (December 10, 2021) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball team improved to 9-3 overall and remains unbeaten in PSUAC play with a 73-66 win over visiting PSU Greater Allegheny Friday night in Tannersville.
Lehigh Valley held a slight edge going into halftime 33-31 but came out in the 3rd quarter to outscore the visitors 18-13 en route to the 73-66 victory. Despite the 1st half shooting woes, Lehigh Valley was able to get to the free throw line 39 times, converting only 21. Twelve players scored led by Jah'nel Oliver with a game-high 19 points and Taylor Styles chipped in with 14 points.
Lehigh Valley will have a quick turnaround as they host PSU DuBois Saturday afternoon for a 1 PM tip-off at Northampton Community College Monroe Campus.
