ALLENTOWN, PA (Jan. 19, 2018) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball team stormed past PSUAC opponent PSU Greater Allegheny, 95-56, Friday night at Cedar Crest College. PSULV Chancellor, Dr. Tina Richardson, acted as the teams guest coach during the game.
Senior Hannah Bankes led with a season-high 35 points, senior Andrea Watkins added 16 points. Sophomore Ebony Sanders had a monster night inside with 14 points and 14 rebounds. Junior Gia erie recorded a double double with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Senior Nikita Brady recorded a school record 19 assists.
Lehigh Valley improves to 8-5 overall and 5-1 in PSUAC play and will host PSU Beaver on Saturday at 1 PM at Cedar Crest College.
