SCHNECKSVILLE, PA (Dec. 2, 2017) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball team trailed by 2 points at halftime but could not capitalize on the offensive end in the 2nd half to beat the defending PSUAC champions, PSU Brandywine, Saturday afternoon at Lehigh Carbon Community College.
Lehigh Valley struggled offensively with a season-low 26% shooting from the floor. Three players were in double figures for the Lions lead by Andrea Watkins with 16 points, Ebony Sanders with 15 points and Kereece Seuren adding 12 points in the loss. Lehigh Valley drops to 1-1 in PSUAC play and 4-3 overall.
The Lions will travel to PSU Mont Alto Tuesday evening for a 6 PM tip-off.
