ALLENTOWN, PA (Jan. 10, 2017) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball team used a 22-5 second quarter run to down visiting non-conference opponent, Davis College, 73-48, Tuesday evening at Cedar Crest College. With the win, Lehigh Valley improves to 9-2 overall.
Junior Hannah Bankes shot 3-5 from beyond the arc to lead Lehigh Valley with 19 points. Senior Ashley Gordon contributed 14 points and 6 assists. Freshman Ebony Sanders recorded a double-double scoring 13 points and grabbing 12 rebounds. Junior Andrea Watkins scored 11 points.
Lehigh Valley will get back to PSUAC action this Saturday when they host PSU Dubois at 5 PM at Stabler Arena, part of a Winter White Out event, admission is free.
