SCRANTON, PA (October 14, 2023) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Soccer team bounced back and improved to 10-1 on the season and 5-1 in PSUAC play with a 4-0 win over PSUAC opponent, PSU Scranton, Saturday afternoon at Schautz Stadium in Dunmore.
Lehigh Valley's Jerod Younes was on fire with 2 first half goals to give Lehigh Valley a 2-0 halftime lead. Younes added another goal early in the 2nd half for his 3rd goal in the game. Freddy Issa added a goal of his own to seal the victory for Lehigh Valley. Michael Meyers Jr. had at the shutout win with 4 saves.
Lehigh Valley will face USCAA opponent, Bucks County Community College, this Tuesday at PSULV Campus Soccer Fields for a 3 PM start.
