Penn State Lehigh Valley Men's Basketball fought hard against Penn State Schuylkill, 64-81, on Thursday night, making them 4-12 overall, and 2-8 in conference.

Penn State Lehigh Valley started the first half with Kyle John at the free-throw line, securing two out of three free throws after a foul was called at the three-point line, making the score 2-4. Multiple defensive plays occurred, resulting in Lehigh Valley having possession, capitalizing on defense with a steal from Kyle John and a block from Jeremie Washington.

As the first half continued, Lehigh Valley gained momentum with a three-pointer from Emmanuel Kenyi, to make the score 7-12. Lehigh Valley maintained the momentum as multiple offensive plays were made, capitalizing on layups and multiple three pointers from

Emmanuel Kenyi, Kyle John, Josh Santiago, and Gabe Mileto to end the first half even, 36-36.

The second half began as Jacob Schuebel and Josh Santiago took a charge to make it Lehigh Valley possession. Lehigh Valley followed with a three-pointer from Gabe Mileto, making the score 39-40. Lehigh Valley kept the foot on the gas, holding Penn State Schuylkill as multiple charges came from Schuebel and Santiago to continue making it their possession, alongside multiple three-pointers from

Emmanuel Kenyi and Gabe Mileto.

In the last couple of minutes, Lehigh Valley fought hard, with the score, 64-81.

Despite the loss, Gabe Mileto led Lehigh Valley with 18 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist. Kyle John with 15 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block. Emmanuel Kenyi added 8 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists, along with Sha’Ron Graham with 7 points and CamRon Black with 6 points and 4 rebounds.

Lehigh Valley will return to action on Saturday as they travel to Penn State York on January 24, 2026, for a 2 pm tipoff.
