Men's Basketball Drops Heartbreaker in Double OT to PSU Schuylkill, 78-75

ALLENTOWN, PA (Jan. 15, 2019) - The energy was high inside Lees Hall on the campus of Cedar Crest College Tuesday evening as the Penn State Lehigh Valley Men's Basketball team took visitor PSU Schuylkill into double overtime. Schuylkill prevailed with a 78-75 win. Schuylkill tied it up off a 3 point shot to send it into the 1st overtime, missed free throws and turnovers proved to be costly for Lehigh Valley in the 2nd overtime as Lehigh Valley drops a key PSUAC match-up. With the loss, Lehigh Valley drops to 3-8 overall and 2-6 in PSUAC play. 

Senior Jeremiah Jenkins led with a game-high 33 points. Senior James Middleton chipped in with 14 points and sophomore Eric Johnson added 10 points. 

Lehigh Valley will travel out west this Friday when they take on PSU New Kensington at 7 PM and PSU Shenango on Saturday afternoon at 1 PM.
