OPEN FITNESS CENTER CLASSES BEING OFFERED IN THE FITNESS CENTER:

Mondays - Tabata with Lindsey 12:15-1:15 PM

Tuesdays - Boot Camp Workouts 12:15-1 PM (Offered until Mid-Oct.)

Wednesdays - Tabata with Lindsey 12:15-1:15 PM/ Intramural Volleyball League (Offered until Mid-Oct.)

Thursdays - Boot Camp Workouts 12:15-1 PM (Offered until Mid-Oct.)

Fridays - Spin & Sculpt with Cindy 12:15-1:15 PM 

TOURNAMENT & LEAGUES OFFERED:

Sign-Up For Our Co-Ed Volleyball League in the Fitness Center!! (League will run Sept. 7th to Oct. 12)

Doubles Ping Pong Tournament Beginning at the end of October!!
